As a college Principal, I am serving as an educational leader, responsible personnel for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the national college education standards.

As a principle I do the following training/ teaching and professional duties in regular basis at my college.

• Planning and preparing courses and lessons and assignments.
• Teaching, according to students' educational needs, including the setting and marking of work to be carried out by the students in college.
• Work with students who are studying for a degree or a certificate or are taking classes to improve their knowledge or career skills.
• Advise students about which classes to take and how to achieve their goals. Assess students' progress by grading papers, tests, and other works.
• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of students.
• Promoting the general progress and well-being of individual students and of any class or group of students assigned to him/her.
• Providing guidance and advice to students on educational matters and on their further education and future careers including information about sources of more expert advice on specific questions, making relevant records and reports.
• Communicating and consulting with the students who require special needs.
• Arrange and Participating in meetings within teachers and staff for any of the purposes described above. And discus about improvement of educational environment in our college.
• Implement all the rules and regulations in the college required by Ministry of education and follow up all on coming regulations from Ministry of education as well.
• Make roster for all teacher and staff and give approval of annual leave for staff and teacher. Make a decision with executive college committee for new recruitments.
• Arrange annual meeting within college committee and staff to discuss financial budget for college if financially sound on an ongoing basic, discuss all achievement of value for money in all disbursements.

Now-a-days, we live in a world where anyone can discover the secrets of the arctic or ultimate depth of the ocean at a click of a mouse without even stepping out of the house. Knowledge is not limited to textbooks anymore. We are helping our students to understand newly innovated learning tools and inspiring them to become responsible citizens and engaged thinkers with an ethical spirit.
